Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, currently we are offering outdoor, socially (physically) distant, no-touch classes. Locations are in Santa Cruz (west side), Scotts Valley, or Ben Lomond depending on the class.
- Basic Karate & Self-Defense – Saturdays 10:00-11:30am… A great workout employing a mix of stretching, karate techniques, self-defense, and qigong exercises. Open to new students.
- Advanced Karate & Self-Defense – Thursdays 3:30-5:00pm… Martial arts for experienced students – employing a mix of stretching, advanced karate techniques, weapons, and forms studies.
